This interview allowed us to take stock of the UPU: the 27th Congress, the last session of the CA and the POC. Indeed, Madagascar has been elected to the CA and the POC and wishes to bring the point of view of developing countries.

The need for operational interconnection, the question of the opening up of the UPU were notably evoked. The two Posts agreed to strengthen their institutional cooperation at the UPU level as well as at the bilateral level.
